“I have lost 17 lbs since I started working with Voula! Before we started our work together, I was feeling tired and wanting to lose weight. I knew I needed help in changing some of my life-long bad habits and my relationship with food in order to achieve my goals. I often felt self-conscious and uncomfortable in my own skin and clothes and didn’t feel like going to places like the beach or pool.
Voula helped me learn to listen to my body, and check in with myself when eating to ensure I’m eating because I’m hungry and not bored, stressed or tired. I really enjoyed her recipe suggestions as well as our grocery store outing. I was blown away with her knowledge on label reading and “what to look for in the aisles”.
