Prior to Voula’s 4 week Weight Management Workshop, I had come off of 18 months of cancer treatment and my health was in a bit of a transition.
Prior to cancer, I had led an active and healthy lifestyle and I was anxious to get back to it. However, I was stuck on the best and healthiest way to feed my body, so it could safely support a more active lifestyle again. In particular, I knew that I needed help with my diet and mindful eating.
